Katy Tur on her memoir “Tough Draft”

As a kid, broadcaster Katy Tur would continuously fly in her oldsters’ helicopter whilst her mother and pilot dad helped document information from above Los Angeles. However she says existence together with her tough father used to be continuously given to suits of rage. As she writes in her new memoir, “Tough Draft,” Tur tells the tale of her oldsters, and a couple of dramatic exchange that got here as a surprise to her. Correspondent Tracy Smith studies.
